Devised Motion Graphic
Collaborated with faculty and a NYC-based designer to animate branding for the BFA in Devised Performance/Physical Theatre (DP/PT). I brought the program’s logo to life through motion graphics, reflecting the physical and expressive nature of devised performance. The work supported a new landing page funded by the IRA to promote student work and the program’s rebranding.

Under the guidance of faculty and the designer who created the logos and conducted student surveys, this process served as the foundation for determining how each letter should move—translating personal reflections into motion for the graphics.
Inspired by the concept of personal reflection from students participating in the program, the ripping transition was incorporated to visually represent theater curtains opening.
After several revisions, it was decided to adjust the colors to match the final hero logo and speed up the transitions, unifying the logos into a cohesive and expressive identity.
